you can just run a wire from the interior light harness at the drivers side kickpanel thru the rubber boot in the doors and then just ground the other end to the door.Would it be hard to add puddle lights ? Is the wiring already in place I don’t have them now
I would splice into the door courtesy lights . No fishing through boots.you can just run a wire from the interior light harness at the drivers side kickpanel thru the rubber boot in the doors and then just ground the other end to the door.
when you unlock the door with the fob the puddle lights will come on same as the interior lights or when you open the door, etc. you can add turn signal mirrors the same way.
I didn't have them either. I bought some mirrors with the built in signals and puddle lights. They plug right into the master window switch. Everything will work like they should.Would it be hard to add puddle lights ? Is the wiring already in place I don’t have them now
ya I forgot about that gm cheaped out and didn't put door panel lights on my 2012, I put a aftermarket alarm on mine and it wouldn't activate the puddle lights so I patched them into the interior lights.I would splice into the door courtesy lights . No fishing through boots. View attachment 234340
