Where to buy new seatbelt buckle?

My driver side seatbelt is not latching. I tried spraying WD40 and cleaning it with alcohol. It looks like a plastic piece inside broke off. Would a dealership carry this part or any auto shops?

I need to get it replaced asap because it is my daily driver.

I ordered online from a dealer like gmpartsdirect.com or similar..

New one will have nice shiny red release button vs faded old one. Now I feel like getting a passenger buckle to match, except for spending $125.
