Where to get 3rd brake light trim

I've seen a few members tahoes on here with a trim piece over the 3rd brake light. I've tried searching for it but have come up with nothing. Maybe I didn't look hard enough, but does anyone know where I may be able to get one of these?

Not talking about the escalade one it resembles it but you still have your stock third brake light

That the redesigned glass piece. The old design used to break at the seams on the top. Another crap design by GM.

Sometimes I wish they really had gone bankrupt.

I think it only comes on the 05-06 models. I have no clue what the part # is tho

Old design used to have a perimeter frame molded onto the glass. This new design is frameless. The top piece covers the addition fortification.

Hey, I know this truck.

This piece is OEM and part of the truck, I want to say '04 and up but am not entirely sure. I just color matched mine as the original piece is black as the original vent caps.
