So i was referred to this guy from someone else who used him for the modded esky full bar brake light. Chris Lloyd. chrislloyd1@***.net. This guy has gone above my expectations on customer service. During the whole time he had my lens, it was about a week, included shipping time. Chris has kept me up to date with photos and Bench test procedures with my light.

I was excited to get it back and install it. Upon install i noticed one section of 3 leds flickering and not lighting up. I contacted Chris and he replied to me quickly stating that it will be fixed and at no charge. So off in the mail it went. He emails me back stating it was loose soldering, fixes it and resend it with Fedex. Fedex decides to loose my package and damage the light in the process. When i get the package a week later, the half the box is Soaked and when i opened the box. bottom right corner of the lens is chipped. When i installed the light this time, i ran into a weird electrical problem. Car running and producing over 14.5 v the light would not light up. But if car was off, the battery would be at 11.5v, it would run fine. Chris took the time over the phone to Help me trouble shoot this weird electrical problem.
Basically after telling him my voltage readings and that the turck is still using the oem 4 year old battery, we came to the conclusion that my battery is going out the door. He told me about installing a diode in the brake positive wire to lower the voltage a little to get it to work.
I do that and it works perfectly. So now i need to replace this battery as its starting not to provide the proper cranking juice for starting.

Im telling you guys Chris is a far stand up guy and i am highly recommending him to you guys for his work, and credibility as great customer service and person

Someone else used Chris for the modded Esky and didnt have the problem i did. That will go away once i change my failing battery

Sumo, I had Chris do mine originally. He definitely is a stand up guy. The work he does as well as the support he provides is above and beyond most others. I never had these problems with mine, but i'm definitely assured that he stands by his work. Glad the truck is coming along!
