Which brand fuel pump to get??

What I've been told at work is Carter is the manufacturer of GM's fuel pumps. If you want OEM and to save money I'd go with them. ACDelco and Delphi are just reboxed Carters. I'm not sure about Bosch, but if their fuel pumps are anything like their electric water pumps for the supercharged Cobalt, Mustang, and Lightning (all use the same exact pump) I'd be very wary of using their stuff. As for Spectra, they make good cooling components such as water pumps and radiators, but I've never heard about their fuel pumps before.
