Which one should I get??

99 or the 2000, 95 is the old TBI motor. The lifted one is most likely not geared for larger tires, but it's lifted.

What engine in the 2000? If it is a 6.0 it gets my vote.

Most likely just the 5.3 I'd bet. I'd go with the 99 as long as it's been well maintained.

Dont get the 95 TBI, they are weak , I had a 93.

Go here and input the VIN for each and compare what motor, gearing and options they each have and make your up your mind.
