Since Sir Michael's is out of business, does anyone have another option for a hidden hitch where I can keep the spare tire? Is Stillen/Street Scene the only option besides a custom fabrication job?

Thanks all!

When I was looking a few months ago I found one other company that makes them. http://www.trucknvans.com/product/Hidden-Rollpan-Towing-Hitch Hope that helps

No pre drilled hole, I'm sure you could add one tho. I didn't worry about it because my spare was gone when I bought it, and the assembly was inoperable so I removed it.

People choose different material for different reasons. Metal is probably the best but it costs more to start, then it has to be welded in, and it's not nearly as forgiving as a urethane or fiberglass if you hit something. Now urethane and fiberglass are easy to install yourself so you save money there, but they can crack/sag with very extreme weather changes. I personally have never had an issue with anything urethane on any vehicle tho. Just my opinions.
