Whistling Defroster

Over the last few days my defroster has been whistling and i'm not really getting alot of airflow out of the dash defroster vent. Anyone got anything? Mode actuator?

97 Tahoe 4x4 5.7 if that makes any difference.

A little but it definitely isnt blowing at hard as it normally does from the dash vent.
