Mmm, something like this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Whee...3284Q2em263QQitemZ250720210746#ht_1451wt_1182

Apologies for the derail, but I'm using the waitin' for learnin' ... :)

and no serge, those are like 1-2" spacers, WAY too much, definetly not something you need. The ones I have are 3/8", small. Unbolt the wheels, put the spacer on, tighten back down, done.

Should give it a wider stance in back, probably not noticeable to anyone but you. ;)

If you want me to send up a set for you to experiment with, holler.

Btw, 3/8" is 0.952cm ... so that's about the difference in tire size from 285 > 298.
Am I thinking about this right?

Good lord... just got home and situated. My flight from Charlotte took forever. We were held up and had some crappy weather. I got home a tad late, made it to pick up the wheels, and brought them home. I'll handle the tires tomorrow. Just too tired and its already too late.

AAAAAAaaaanyhow, these things look AMAZING in person. Pics just don't do them justice. They are absolutely SICK. The rears have a 4.5" lip, fronts are around 3.5". They are perfect!

For the bad... They did forget to paint the small indentation in the center of the small spokes black. I paid for it, they forgot, I'm not pissed, but I dont want to send them back for something so small, so I'll handle it locally later. The other bad... they put a polished center cap on a chrome wheel. WHY ON GODS GREEN EARTH WOULD YOU DO THIS?!?! So, I sent an email and trying to clear up those two issues. Other than that... sick sick sick sick! I am also going to be getting romance from the wife tonite, tomorrow, saturday, and sunday without question, multiple times. So forgive me if I don't post that much, I'll be...busy. :pimp:

On to some more photos...(rear wheel only, didnt take pics of the front)

ummm... dunno. this is only going to push the wheel out flush with the fender. They are just sitting collecting dust, but I will need them back for my RCSB Clone Build.. :secret:

Man, those rims are almost too pretty to put on a truck ... it's like artwork.

Those look just sick. I know I have said it before. But with the brakes they are going to shine. Can't wait to see them on.
