I can fold my 2009s 3rd row down and put them on top of the 2nd and 3rd row seats. Too many and they hit the back of the front seats as the stack gets taller. Course, I could move the seats forward or straighten up for the ride home but now have pickups for that!

Thanks, 3rd row folds flat and 2nd row flips forward. Only go 1 sheet of plywood.

On my 07 Yukon XL Denali, a sheet of plywood will fit if I remove the 3rd row seats (been removed for 3+ years), and I fold up the second row seats. This is one of the main reasons why I went with the XL, after my 1997 Yukon (RIP).

XL is also good for those free overstuffed leather sofa on the neighbors driveway (when 3rd row is removed).

Of course you’ve gotta drive slow when the rear hatch is open
