I have had to rely on this forum many of times for my ‘02 Chevy Tahoe. Now I’m back again. I love my truck but the issue I am having is not an easy decision to deal with. I have cooper all Terrain tires on a 2wheel drive Tahoe LE? Or Lx 4 door: Anyway, I have had nothing but issues with the front end pulling tot he right. I’ve had enough alignments and one shop said they had to lift it and try to rotate the tires. Another said he saw nothing, and did his alignment fine. After the alignments she drove well but still has a little more of a pull to the right than I’d like. I have been advised to change all 4tires out and start with new ones. Several mechanics have examined her and every time they do nobody sees any evidence of it being wrecked. I have a noise in my drivers side that almost sounds like a thump. We have changed the shocks front and rear. Will all terrain tires mess up the ride on this Chevy truck? I can’t afford to keep changing things around and hoping to get to the bottom of the issue. The other noise is also in my front end and sounds a bit like a squeal from maybe brake pads and or rotors. Those are also new. So I’m besides myself, she’s a good truck but do I rly need to get rid of the all terrains and buy some regular truck tires. They are the right size rim and I didn’t go bigger or change any suspension. Thanks for your time. Any suggestions are appreciated.
