Window question

Learn from my mistakes, replace the entire unit. AC Delco unit came yesterday. Looks alot beefier the the others. DCT, you are correct, no lube on the tracks. Gonna put it in this weekend (including some white lithium grease on the tracks). I'll let you know how it goes.

I guess the real test is if it lasts more than a month.

Good luck. Lube window seals too. My windows go up and down really fast now.

I have slow windows what would you use just a spray white lithium grease? So youd say to lube cables, tracks, and seal?

Yes, lube everything. Before I installed the regulator assembly I sprayed everything except the rubber track with white lithium grease. It's been almost a month now, and so far...it's been ok.

I have a speaker issue in the RF door, while I am in there, I'm going coat the regulator and calbes. Hopefully prolong replacement a little while longer (that one is slow too).
