I added the GM one. You'll need the mirror, cable to the camera and the camera w/bezel. Its all PnP. I finished install today. You'll have to route the cable on top of the headliner, but its easy, just route it right on the edge all the way to the back, go through the grommet at the hatch, remove the hatch trim panels and follow a harness w/zip ties down to the camera.

Mirror - 84127821 cost me $200
Cable - ebay, search for seller "levin_motors" or "speedometerpros". They both stock the cable for $60-$70
Camera - 84271644 cost me $150.

Enjoy!
These part numbers display as being for a ‘17 to ‘20. Did you do this on a ‘21 or the previous generation?

There should be two cameras on the back of the vehicle that have the rear view camera system. You can integrate the old system into the new vehicles, my post was in relation to a 2015-2020 Tahoe/suburban. This system functions the same on the new platforms as well. No programming, just buy the parts and install.

Anyone tried it on a 21+ yet?

Crazy to me that I cannot order with the mirror unless I also accept super Cruise.. which I don't want.

I’m doing it right now but I’m hung up on one part. I bought the rear lamp assembly where the cameras go, but it didn’t come with the bracket that secures the cameras in place. I’m not sure if that’s in error or not. My old bracket on the old housing doesn’t have a part number on it.

The dual camera bracket also has a hole for a washer fluid nozzle which sprays the camera (wish my 21 Sierra HD had that nozzle). I haven’t ordered the hoses yet. It’s not 100% clear to me which hoses I need but they’re all pretty cheap so I’ll just get them all.

Getting the panels off the lift gate was not a small undertaking. I’d say if you aren’t experienced with that sort of thing I’d maybe say to think twice, or find a buddy who is. The whole rear exterior piece has to come off. Similar sentiments regarding the headliner; it’s not hard to simply tuck the cables but I like to tie them up and away from the airbags; the headliner is fragile, and the pillar trim pieces are soft and scratch easily.

Saw one of these in a new Sierra, and saw them mentioned for the new Tahoe PPV/SSV. I have not seen the option for the civilian Tahoe or any retrofit kit.

Anyone see the kit or option from GM or the aftermarket? Comes in handy when the back is filled up!
Check out the Rydeen TOMBO360 with a profit kit… https://rydeenmobile.com/product/tombo-360-prokit-1/
I just put one in my 23 Tahoe and absolutely love it!! Picture quality is amazing and it’s a full 360 view with a DVR, shock sensor and proximity sensor - to start recording / I park at the airport a lot and this works great for me… $585

Suspect of the cable routing in that video near the A Pillar (and possibly the B), feel like it may be in the way of the side curtain airbag should it ever need to deploy.
