Have you conditioned the seats? That is the secret to keep leather looking new. I have had a few different variations of leather seats and they always looked new no matter the mileage.

Mine did the same thing with the discoloration... and then I used Mother's Cleaner and then conditioner with a WHITE towel. I looked at the tow after the clean/condition and realized that I literally wiped the dark color off the seats nd they were back to normal. Apparently my darker colored jeans with leaving dye on the seats. I just bought 5 pair in dark Blue and black... and washed them.. but the dye still came off on to the seats.

All good now since the clean/conditioning tho.

Also might want to see if your belt will cause discoloration. I had a black belt that the dye was slightly wearing off and discolored my seats (permanently). I cleaned them, but there was still some color there.

I no longer wear that belt in my Yukon. (it was a black belt that I wear when I ride my motorcycle.)

If you can buy it at Walmart, don't put it on your truck, including any Meguiar's consumer line) and anything from Armor All.

Leatherique or Auto Finesse, Adams is legit also.

My biggest suggestion is to vaccum, weekly. Get yourself a cordless dyson and use the the soft non-powered brush attachment for a 3 minute investment. Paying special attention to the seams in the seats, since over time the dirt gets trapped in there and abrades itself.

On the topic of the seat wear, I have 7k on my '15 Yukon already and I have some minor wear on the driver's seat already too. Honestly, it's not what I would call abnormal, the truck isn't brand new anymore, and that's going to happen with nice and soft seats. I also ate too much at over the holidays and am pushing 240, so that's not helping my cause.

Go on... Would love to hear why a brand being sold at anywhere makes it inferior.
