Good choice, if it aint broke don't f@*# with it. truck looks better with out. Take your time and get what you really want instead of 3M tape, for what ever reason it may come off (heat or cold temp's) then will have to repaint or shell out money for new hood with crowl hood then paint.
Check for local car shows and pop by with parts for a Mustang guy, heck if he cant buy just give it to them maybe they can pass it on, better than taking up your space.
