Would you go 20” or 22” wheels and why

I’ve always had 20” wheels on my Tahoe’s. I don’t know any better. Would you go 20” or 22” wheels and why.

the current tire size in the 22” wheels has very few choices 7 I believe while the current 20” size has 20 plus choices for tires

22s for me. I do all street and highway driving. Some say the ride is harsh compared to 20s but I don’t notice the difference.

i had a 2018 LT and 20's looked great on it.... my 2021 LT had 20's and because of the larger tire size, they looked too small... i got a set of high country take offs (22's) and they have the same visual as 20's on the old model to me... still plenty of meat on the tires with 22's on the new generation

Our 2021 Denali rides great and looks great on 22s. As others have said there is more sidewall on the 22s on the 2021 models.

22’s for anything on the street and 2015+

After the ‘15 revamp the wheel wells are cut differently (larger) as the factory 22” option completes the look.

The 07-14 looks complete with LTZ 20’s

Out of curiosity, what are the factory tires on the 21’s? 15-20 was 285/45/22 IIRC

22” x 9.5” with +15 offset looks real good in my opinion.

I think the 20s and 22s both look good. That said I am running 22s and like them.

That’s for a ‘15 body style. Not sure what changed for the new body style.

21 tahoe. 275/50/22 or 275/60/20 are the current tire sizes

the dimensions of the tires are about the same. 33”h 11.5” wide for us non metric types.

I talking factory rims and current factory size tires. Not looking to change tire size

I’m concerned with ride quality of the 22”s
