Great write up, Ive tried everything and they either A. dont get clean, B. sit in and dirty again. Might have to try your steps here. But is the dry eraser bad on the leather? I ask b/c im one that will rub it too hard.

The "don't rub too hard" disclaimer is there to reinforce the point that you don't need to use lots of pressure to get the seat clean.

There were some spots that I scrubbed pretty hard with no ill effect.

You'll know if you're about to screw up because you'll start to see the dye "flake off" of the seat. If this happens, just stop cleaning that spot and move to another!

I read the less is more, sometimes i get aggresive though. lol. My seats are pretty bad, so if i do mess up not to big of a deal. They are torn and other stuff already from prev. owner.

Think i'll try it this weekend if time permits. Thanks for the info and write up.
