Hey guys.
I want to buy a '02-'06 Z71. Silver is my first choice, or black. Grey interior.
I'm wondering what I should look for. I know the 5.3L is a great engine and should last a long time, but what else should I look for when looking for a Z71?
What are things that go bad usually? CV joints? Transfer Case? Trans?
I see most of them rust on the bumpers. I'm guessing this is common, but where else should I be weary of rust? I'm in Indiana, so I won't have the luxury of finding a southern truck.
