WTF?

Ok...im changing my fuel pump after the first POS didn't work...all is going well but...i have a line that appears to have broken off?? ive looked and looked to where it connects to and I don't see it...its the long line that runs on right side of tank. I looked at black box. Is there a third line out of that box? Is this it?

My guess would be to look on the evap / charcoal canister in front of the tank

Yeah...my buddy found it...it broke off so I'm gonna try the epoxy approach!
