I'm a total n()()b when it comes to trucks so please be kind. I have these things under the dash on the passengers side and i have absolutely no idea what the hell they are.

Does anyone know what these things are?

That is the flux capacitor housing. When engaged the truck will be able to travel back in time when you reach teh speed of 88mph.
