Took delivery on Monday of a '15 Tahoe LTZ 4WD with SE&D package and other extras. OnStar and XM were both prompt in combining our leftover accounts from our previous vehicle and refunding the unused service, but XM told us that they had no knowledge of the extra nine months of free service included with the package. They said it was something that "the dealer gave us" and that we needed to address it with them.
We're working on that right now, but I was curious if anyone else has had the same issue. Considering how many of these things have that package included (including every other one on our dealer's lot), it seems odd that XM has never heard of it before.

Edit: Dealer took care of it shortly after I finished typing the above. Still, seems odd that XM has never heard of something that comes right on the window sticker.
