hey , i just had this happen. i took a look at the hinge pins and it seemed they were slipping down a bit , meaning, the splined area was almost all backed out of the assembly. knock it back into position , then i took some multipurpose grease and lightly coated the strike plate in the door , and its been smooth as glass for a while now
