Yeah, definitely not knocking him at all. I've had some experience in the car/used car biz, and depending on the parts/modifications, they can actually make things much more difficult to sell. Wheels usually aren't a big deal, so I wouldn't sweat that, but don't try to jack up the price because of them, either.
