6500 lb v-nose race car hauler. Best economy I've ever gotten was 8.5 towing at 65 on flat ground. This past weekend towing home from MidOhio into a headwind, Denali never shifted out of 4th, got 5.9 mpg at 70 mph. That means stopping for fuel every 125 miles at $90 of premium at every stop. Very stable tow vehicle, just needs a LOT more torque to pull the big trailer. Might be rated for 7700 lbs but I certainly wouldn't want to try it. Time for a Duramax.

just bolt on a supercharger and you will be good

2007 tahoe and 2011 Mastercraft X14V. It pulled it but was not all that happy about it. The only thing I have to compare it to is my 08 F250 and let me just tell you there is absolutely no comparison. I don't see how some of you tow big trailers with these things.

how much does that boat weight?

im sure the 5.3L vs 6.2L helps alot in towing.

I have no clue, it's not light at all. It has a 350 in it and is 21' long. Even today I used the tahoe to go pick up my buddies 750 king quad from the shop on my 16' tandem trailer and it is just a slug. I really need to get a tune. Man once you tow with a diesel there really is no going back.

Thats cause you dont have an intake, exhaust and BB TUNE!!! :roflsquared:
