I honestly don't know what I'm looking at in that video haha but if it doesn't do it while cruising and only under throttle maybe it is something to do with the AWD system.

Okay so drove 700 miles today with the shake and can't help but think I am doing damage to this truck.

Here is what I have done so far.
New tires installed
Fixed one rim that we found had a minor bend
New rack and pinion
Wheel alignment twice to be certain.
Front end components inspected

I am stumped at this point. This shake started when I installed the factory 22" rims. It only shakes bad at 70. You still feel it even when you let off the throttle.

Of course the speed limit most of the way was 70 so It drove me crazy for 12 hours of driving today.

I'd like to hear the resolution once you find it.

I have kind of been wondering if it is possible for the cv axles to be "off balance" and cause a shake.

High speed shake is usually tire balance issue from what i was told. Had new Michelin tires put on by dealer and they could not balance right (shaking around 70 mph), took it to local high volume tire place and they balance them out perfect smooth all the way to 85mph. Larger tires and rims are harder to balance out perfect

Go find a shop with a road force balance machine that'll knock out that possibility

I did the road force balance but haven't gotten it up to speed yet. I will advise.

So I have news. Weird but news.
After the road force balance ride is considerably smoother. Actually up to 60 is smooth as can be.
70 plus there is a vibration that comes and goes.

80 plus less vibration than 70.

I think I may have a wheel out of round so little thought that the balancer doesn't pick it up.

Here is the kicker.

The vibration gets worse when cross highway winds get up under the truck. When traveling along side farms on both sides where the winds were hard the vibration was bad.

I bought a 2012 LTZ suburban, new. I bought it out of town, drove it 6 hours home with the worst vibration of my life. I had it in the shop multiple times (I think 6 times) for that damn vibration. It was at like 45 on a smooth highway then on any road it started at 62 and came and went from there on but was consistent after 85 (mph of course). It had factory chrome 20"s. I ended up dumping that pos for something else but in the end I learned it could have been caused by the autoride. I guess it's a common problem? Dunno..
I also had an '09 Z71 hoe with 22"s and the only vibration I had was a slight one at 70-72.
