It is probably parked somewhere in a field with other cars waiting for parts. There are tens of thousands of trucks in Flint, MI waiting for parts sitting at the old Buick City. There are about 30 new Hummers sitting there as well.

4B00 is shown anytime the vehicle is parked waiting on transportation. Transportation is a major bottleneck because GM kept producing vehicles and storing them rather than shipping them. Now they have lots to ship and LIMITED resources. The shipper have contracts to move X amount of vehicles per week and that's what they had their business programmed to do. If you can only move 900 vehicles a week and there are 10,000 with more added daily, its going to take loooooooooooooong time to catch up. I know someone who just got their Corvette and it took 3+ months in shipping, it was built mid March and arrived 9am June 1st. The driver told them he left Bowling Green on Sunday May 29 with a full load and some 650 miles later he was dropping off their car, his last one. PS, the dealer called him when the truck arrived as he had requested. He worked nearby..
You are spot on. Just got update from dealer. Still on 4B00 bayed and awaiting transport. Friday will make it 4 weeks. Could be another 4 depending on how fast they can move things.

Also the problems that were created when they stored them is the first ones in are going to be the last ones out because they kept adding to what was there blocking the first ones in...
