Yukon Ultimate Order Updates

Did you order a Yukon XL or regular? I placed an order on 8/12 for Yukon ultimate (non xl) in pearl beige and still nothing…

Yep, that was exact same specs as mind ...even the color.

I would fully prepare yourself for your vehicle to be built without Super Cruise. Every Ultimate order gets accepted with Super Cruise but the factory deletes it at the time of production. I was told by my dealer that Super Cruise won’t be available at all until at least mid Q4. The fact that Adaptive Cruise control is back on constraint leads me to believe that SC may be further out than Q4.

Makes sense ...haven't seen a single one in inventory include SC yet. Guess, I'll be waiting longer for GM to get their act together.

Hello, I am new to the forum and to the GM ordering process. I placed an Ultimate XL order on 8/2. The order did have Duramax Diesel engine, SC and was in the Midnight Blue Metallic Color. Has anyone seen this color in person yet? Also heard the MTP is in constraint only from the dealer But it should be released from constraint in Oct. Anyone know if that is true?

Just yesterday my dealer texted me out of the blue and said my vehicle had been produced and I have a VIN. Kind of surprised but hoping it doesn't now sit forever waiting transport!

My order was taken by the dealer 7-27-22
Order picked up 8-24-22
Order produced (4300) 9-24-22

Just google "Yukon Midnight Blue" - lots of pictures of actual vehicles that will give you a better feel for the color the renderings on the GMC site. I have seen the color in person. It is essentially black - unless it has sunlight on it, then you get some blue out of it. If you don't mind taking care of a black rig, then it's a neat color.

My neighbor has this color and its awesome, very dark...looks almost carbon/slate/black depending on the light.

we had a 2022 midnight blue for 6 months. 95% of the time it might as well have been black. takes quite a bit of sunlight for the blue to standout. sold it and when back to a lighter shade that hides dirt better

I have the color in 2021 Tahoe. I really like it. Ordered an Ultimate and went with the same color. I would have done Satin Steel if they still had that but like the blue.

Who here has the best and worst time to ship after getting to status 4300? Chat says it could. be 8-12 weeks.. With winter coming, I hope Texas doesn't freeze over again

10 days from 4300 to delivery...5hr truck drive. 2023 Z71 Tahoe back in August
