Z55 suspension does get old. As the strut/shock wears out, the computer sees this and applies more current to the struts/shocks to maintain what it thinks the ride should be. It basically locks itself up on every bump. When I replaced mine and reset the ALC, it drives extremely smooth and responsive. I also have Eibach front and rear sway bars, Z55 is awesome when it's all working.
it's in there I think under "body" vehicle needs to be unloaded and parked sitting level, I just ran the tech2 cable out the drivers window@mikeyss
How did you reset the ALC? I have a tech 2 and cannot figure it out
It's under the chassis part, then special functions.

I think all it does is basically let all the air out of the shocks and waits a second to take a reading at 0 psi. to get a calibration.
it will say in there somewhere "reset trim" probably under special functions.
takes like 30 seconds and it's done.
I was thinking control arms/tie rods ect. when I wrote thatyou said in your first post: I had the shop look over the suspension and they said everything was fine
