Z71 side steps on AT4?

Anybody see a reason the Z71 side steps wouldnt fit in place of the standard AT4(yukon) side steps? I hate auto running boards with a passion, so i didnt order them...but the Z71 tube steps looks better than the GMC offering. The AT4 doesnt even have specific steps...they are just the same as on a SLT etc.

Following. Would love to know the answer to this. I think it would look pretty good if they fit properly.
