They are $400 a piece from GM so I would call $250 shipped pretty damn cheap.Man. that's not cheap
X2ZW7 has special shocks and springs that work together. I have shocks and springs to sell.
With the ZW7 the rear shocks and springs are made to be used with each other. I tried using KYB shocks in the rear with the stock springs and it felt dangerous at highway speeds! I swapped to lowering springs and it felt much more steadier. So if you have the ZW7 option and you want to alter suspension, you'd have to change out the shocks and springs completely or the spring rates will mess up any shocks that aren't the nivomat ones?

I'm not sure about that. I doubt it tho. Since the Nivomat shocks have internal springs, they're much stiffer then regular shocks. I'm 240 lbs, and I couldn't get the shocks to compress. I think the ZW7 springs are much more softer then Z71's, but I could be wrong. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in.Gotcha, I am planning on lifting with Z71 springs and keys for now, I saw some info saying the nivomat springs are the same as Z71? or is that not true?
