So the guy who owned it before me said he went to the GM dealer for lifters. So i can only assume they were new OEM. I did just hit 200k. That is my plan right now is to start out by replacing the O-ring and pressure relief. Maybe i should only do that before going full send and tackling the...- thefrey

Would oil pressure help at all to fix this? My guess is it’s a sticky lifter since sometimes it will be anywhere from very audible to quiet and sometimes you can’t hear it. I don’t want to consider new lifters since the last owner said they replaced them about 10k miles ago. My idle oil psi is...- thefrey

So i did the DIY stethoscope and it sounds like it’s coming from the passenger side. Kind of sounds like somebody clicking a mouse repeatedly, not sure what that noise would point to. Do you have any ideas?- thefrey

Not sure if I’d recommend this but it did work lol I took dawn and sprinkled it all over the carpets and then put oxy clean powder over the carpets. I just saw your edit haha. The funny thing is that it was dry in this photo. The only thing I had put on there was dawn dish soap and you can see the streaks. But other than that it was dry Immediately once I got it wet, the water coming off it was brown. Looked like somebody had spilled a soda...- thefrey

Both sides are missing the end links… so I’m not sure if it would be the mount point? I’m just confused lol Are you suggesting to upgrade the whole front sway bar or specifically the links?- thefrey

Thank you. I already ordered everything and am using OEM hose but went with Dorman connector, maybe not the best idea but it was half the price as the OEM is now $30+- thefrey

The last owner replaced all of the lifters with GM AFM lifters at 190k. So currently I’m not sure if I’m going to delete AFM in the near future as I’m assuming the current lifters will get me at least another 50-100k. I bought it cheap and it was neglected so I’m trying to make it last at least...- thefrey

Preciate it. I think it’s a spot where I touched the hose and not a crack, I’d have to go double check though. Do you recommend going all OEM or is there any good aftermarket stuff- thefrey

Rear wiper is only half wiping
Installed a new (cheap) Amazon wiper. But the wiper only contacts half the window. Anyone else run into this?
