I had the same problem. When the Tahoe is stopped air no air is flowing through the air conditioner condenser. I installed a fan in front of the condenser with a toggle switch under the dash that I turn on in stop and go traffic.

Hey guys, I'm having an issue when I stop at red lights the AC doesn't cool as well as when I'm driving.
I've replaced the clutch fan inspected it and it didn't help. Most of the AC components are new and it cools very well when driving.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I've had all my levels checked regarding freon, just put a new Air Compressor on with drier and hoses.
