Like Dodge truck wheels are...
Yes I think that’s correct. I’ve even lately seen a handful of Denali SUVs on latest generation half ton ram wheels as I believe the bolt pattern is the same but something about the center bore line of the wheel being slightly smaller?! Not sure though I could see one particular set looking decent in that scenario

hi everyone, I have a 2015 LTZ with 20 inch wheels. i'm attaching a photo where you see some nasty marks that dont come off. i dont think its corrosion but i tried the turtle wax chrome polish to remove them but they're still there. any help would be appreciated.

Clean surface thoroughly and try silver polish? A lot of work with finish permeable. ReaperHWKs suggestion simplest as long as it doesn't cause slight tint to this one.

......... and....... pictures.....
I have also read on another forum to try a mix of vinegar and all-purpose cleaner and spray on the alloys. i might try that first? i'm more inclined to believe these marks could be removed. but i could be wrong..

Since about half of the wheel is damaged, it looks like something got splashed onto it. ( How are the other wheels?)

Depending on the cost to refinish it, it may be cheaper to replace it? Maybe?
all 4 have similar marks. some are covered in this crap. some have a bit less. thats why i am assuming its not clear coat failure on all 4...
