Presently at work, waiting for tow truck. Started the Yukon remotely and when I got close it started knocking. All kinds of lights and then the CEL, idling super-rough. Suspecting lifter failure (21K on the odo). Anyone using the range Tech. AFM/DFM delete? I had one in my 2018 Tahoe but when I got this truck, I called Range Tech. and they hadn't developed one yet. I see now they have one for sale, anyone using it?

I bought the range for my just acquired ‘21 Yukon Denali . It didn’t light up, called Range was told they didn’t have one out yet . The guy had little to say when I reminded him they were offering them to fit. Said I ought to buy their ECM unit. He didn’t seem to know much about their Products so I sent mine back to Amazon planing to go with another brand.

I bought my Yukon which had an engine replacement 10k earlier due to DFM. I don’t know if the original owner used a range type product for those 10k but I’m anxious to protect it. Anyone know of a unit that actually works on a 2021? For now I’m just doing the L9 thing and hoping the warranty on the new engine is worth salt .
