Brake woes...
Just had an alignment done along with the tires rotated and balanced. Alignment was off, and cut into one of my front tires. The alignment was corrected and that tire was rotated to the back. I am using all factory GM parts. I read the long thread about R1Concepts this morning, and they seem like quality parts. Would the factory pads cause the steering wheel to shake? When I am almost to a stop (under 10 mph) the steering wheel shake goes away, and the car feels almost like I am...- olemiss

Brake woes...
Seems like I am fighting a never ending battle with the brakes on my 07 2WD Tahoe. After a few minutes of driving, there is a rather strong shake in the steering wheel when I am applying the brakes. Are the rotors "warped"? Little history on the truck: I have about 125K miles on the...- olemiss

Help in exterior detailing
Check out www.griotsgarage.com . I have one of their buffers, and was amazed at how easy it was to use. I have always been a do it by hand person, until I used their buffer. WAY easier, and worlds better than just doing it by hand.- olemiss

Not exactly, but I bottomed both bolts out and then reversed them 3/4's of a turn. I was able to tighten them maybe five full turns? Mine originally sat very low in the front, and I got probably close to three inches of lift. The 295's will look great on there, post pics once you get them...- olemiss

The tires are 285/70-17 Goodyear SilentArmor and I just lifted it using the factory torsion bars. No aftermarket lift used.- olemiss
