Its not just VA, that is nationwide, hid kits or retro both are illegal. Regardless I just passed inspection in VA with a retro, all the mechanics were loving on my truck and more interested in my ck375's than anything else, dont think they noticed the headlights. BTW - definitely worth it -

I wouldn't say you were semi done, i would say just starting, looks as though you have stuck an Bosch e46 projector in the fog light hole. Winter Wheels
if you are good about cleaning your wheels you should be OK. if you dont plan on keeping on top of that, a set of winter wheels will prololong the life of your chrome -
Adding heat to second row seats - how hard?
it is not very difficult at all. I had the same situation, had heated buckets that i wanted to trade for non heated bench. I took the heating elements and wiring out of the buckets before the swap and later transferred them over to the bench. pretty simple. -
Why I should learn to change my own oil...
$179 for synthetic oil change, wipers and diff fluid change isn't bad.... +/- "oil system cleaning", whatever that means. you should learn to change your oil, then move on to brakes, then as you tool collection grows and your knowledge base and confidence expands move on to larger jobs. nothing...- drroy

Denali cupholder to SLT cupholder (center console)
It is amazing how they waste so much space in the denali/LTZ, two cups and pocket change is all that fits, neither me or my wife owns a pair of sunglasses that fits in the sun glass holder I had no idea it would be this inexpensive, I am doing this. -

Eurolade rear bumper?
I have them on my Audi A4. but didn't realize you pull out the lighting switch one click for for front fogs and two clicks for rear. So I drove around for a while unknowingly with my rear fogs on.....driving people nuts- drroy
