My Service 4wd message came up after the recall work was done. They did the relearn on it and so far so good. I cycled it again yesterday with no message.- HAARubicon

Yours is the Transfer Case Control Module gone bad, not unexpected for your year and mileage. After reading this I had the wife cycle ours and it worked fine with no light. My dealer did a simple relearn on the Tcase and it seems to be holding. I truly hope they get it worked out for you.- HAARubicon

Converting a 15 Denali XL into a real truck
GM dropped the 3/4 ton Suburban, that is what I was referring to. the 2500HD is the truck. I believe GM made a huge mistake dropping the 3/4 ton Suburban/Yukon XL, but unfortunately they don't build vehicles just for me.- HAARubicon

A small lift is in order. And you will need to take a saw to the front air dam. That thing is stupid low. I think it will do what you want, but an 07-14 3/4 ton would be better. The 3/4 ton gives you leaf springs in the rear for better hitch weight. Plus 6.0 V8 and better ground clearance...- HAARubicon

Yet another problem: Oil Leak 2015 YD
Have you had the oil changed. If you have, they may not have seated the drain plug. Happens every time I get mine changed, so now I just have them torq it before I leave. My 89 Grand Waggoneer doesn't leak oil and they are the worlds worst.- HAARubicon

Well the dealer did a relearn on my transfer case. I have cycled thru it multiple times during a 20 mile drive with no issues. I am not confident at all, but we will see.- HAARubicon

I think operationally it depends in what mode the error occurred. Mine seems to be hung up in auto 4wd. I would be real worried if it were hung up in 4hi. It would be undrivable in 4 low or neutral.
