    SIAP Premature brake wear?

Did you find the answer? Did it pulse the whole time? Even after pads and rotors? The cause of this condition may be an increased air gap between the wheel speed sensor and the hub reluctor ring due to rust and debris built up on the sensor mounting surface.

    Dying on idle.

The fuel pressure should be steady and not bounce around at all. You should really find/buy/rent a good scan tool and monitor the live data/mode 6 data like your fuel trims, misfires, injector pressures, etc., to really see what is happening. Otherwise you may just keep chasing in circles.

Forum post Quote:"I just rotated the cylinder to TDC and pulled the spark plug and got a fat straw and stuck it in my shop vac and taped up around it so all the suction was going through the straw and stuck it in the cylinder and moved it around a bunch and hoped it got it."

If you had to rebuild the transmission, then you should have the transfer case rebuilt too. Whatever happened to the tranny affects the transfer case.

    Dying on idle.

This is from a forum over at CarGurus: "I had the same problem of stalling with my 2003 Yukon XL 1500. 02 Tahoe LS brake line size

You definitely need to get that fixed and should not be driving it in that condition. You will need to repair that broken line, refill the brake fluid and then bleed the brake calipers one at at time. Start at the Passenger Rear, then Driver Rear, then Passenger Front and finally Driver Front...

    Cigarette lighter socket issue

Use a test light or Fluke or multimeter and see if it has power at the Cig lighter connector pigtail. Check if the fuses have power when key is on. If fuses have power and endpoints do not, there must be a break in the wires. Do an OHM test on the wires to validate a broken wire. You'd have...

    Mstr Cyl/brake ??(wearing stupid hat)

Pads, Rotors, check calipers and pistons and seals, fix all leaks at each caliper, then bleed each caliper starting at passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front and driver front. If the lines are leaking then replace soft lines. Brakes are too important.

Noise comeing from back passenger panel

Yep, I have an 05 Tahoe and that panel is filled with a blower, AC, blend door, actuator and more. It is not easy to get into without breaking tabs. You have to remove the pillar covers too.

    AC leak test options?

Yes, it has been depressurized for some time. No doubt that it is contaminated. I was hoping it was a simple find and fix, I definitely don't want to shoot the parts cannon at it. It was checked out by the "AC man" recharged and worked for about a month, then lost all the charge "somewhere"...

Alarm not working after door panel swap

Park the Denali and 2500 driver door to driver door and see if that makes a difference. May be that there is a proximity sensor attached to the module that talks to the original rig? Just guessing of course.

    2005 Suburban rear hatch supports

I ordered the first design from RockAuto, for my 2005 Tahoe. They work well. It is so easy to close the hatch now, I have to be careful not to slam it every time. Now I open it about chest high and it takes over. I must have had originals on it, because it was a PITA. SACHS SG230138 (Standard...
