    2004 Yukon DIC secrets?

Just picked up a 2004 Yukon and the steering wheel does not have the DIC interaction buttons. Is there another way to interact with the DIC that is not obvious? There seems to be no other button than the trip button on the cluster. Any ideas?

I don't know if this applies to your situation or not. Maybe swap the coil packs out and see if that helps anything, if you are having consistent misfires listed on your scanner.

From quickly looking at that snapon tool's specs it said it has bi-directional communications. Try talking to each module possible and and monitoring any data live or stored that they give you.

There has to be something the ECM is doing or seeing to make this happen. Does your scanner have Mode 6 Data? Fuel trims? I don't know how in depth your scanner is, but your should be able to monitor electrical live data as well, if this is not a fuel issue.
