What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
Let us know how the painted projector bowl turns out if its different in terms of light reflection or output compared to your current lights. I thought about painting the projector bowl but didnt. I used 600 grit as well and bulldog adhesion promoter.- XL04

Looks good You're getting there! I went back to my shop today to work on adjusting my lights. When you go back at it to rotate your drivers side make sure you adjust your bulbs hot spot first then do the rotation. Last night mine looked to be out of rotation kinda bad. It can be quite the project that's why I chose the denali headlight over my spyders. The denali is a fairly easy retro. Although I'll be back at it again today I've got to rotate my drivers side projector a little and possibly shim my bulbs. Did you make any progress or hows your retro going?- XL04

Finally got the denali morimoto h1 7.0 retro installed today. Not sure about my hotspots or horizontal alignment of the projector itself. Agree baking headlights isnt for the faint of heart! When I first got my spyder headlights I threw one in the oven to see if the TRS spyder quick retro bracket would work. Thank you! The projectors are bi-xenon that's why I got the high beam splitter to active the bi-xenon solenoid in the projector when I hit the brights. Thanks! The Facebook memes have been entertaining today! Its -25° right now and -60° with windchill and Saturday is supposed to be 21° above crazy. I'm glad I waited on putting these headlights in but at the same time I'm stuck in the house all day staring at them!- XL04

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
I ordered the fleece all lights on module its supposed only keep the foglights on when the high beams are on if you leave the fogs on. If you have highs on and turn your fogs off they turn off. It's a little more expensive at $28 shipped for me but peace of mind. What did you use for projectors...- XL04

Depo housings installed.
Looks pretty good post some night time light output shots and the beam cutoff on a wall pic. I had installed spyder c bar with hids and the beam output is terrible. Today I went and bought some mint OEM Denali headlights and ordered cb&d brackets, morimoto mini h1 projectors and bulbs. -

2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali
It's nothing like OEM Denali where a simple adapter plate would mount mini h1s to it. The reflector screws into the plastic hl housing then you have to bake the hl remove the lense to remove the hid lense from the housing. -

Bombsquad85 could you please post a picture of your light output on a dark road? I just got a set of spyder c bar and went with morimoto 35w hid and iim not happy with the output. I'm considering doing the denali retro with the cb&d brackets and the mh1s. Here is my output on the highway.
