Correct. Mine is 2wd with a knuckle drop lift that uses factory spindles. So I can run lift spindles with it for more lift but when I did the lift I put in brand new 4wd hubs with the axle shaft going through it. So I want to use a 3-4 inch 4wd lift spindle that way I can retain the 4wd hub and shaft.

OH OK I see what you're saying now. Gotcha.

Spindles came in. Need to free up a lift to install this weekend. Also got these. Pnp led license plate lights off eBay for 13 bucks. X20 brighter than the 194 led bulb. 4abde845e65a527ce9c4c4ed3704492a.jpgb55bab2704171d59e7aa9400336556d6.jpg420d8f0ebc1f596eeba6bb739563162c.jpg

Finally got the denali morimoto h1 7.0 retro installed today. Not sure about my hotspots or horizontal alignment of the projector itself. One thing I'm sure of it's already night and day from the spyder hl!

Also I joined the 200K club! The only problems are torn ball joint boots and a bad seat heater pad. The engine doesnt use a drop of oil between oil changes and the transmission shifts perfect.

I spent another 6 hours tearing apart my damn projectors today. it's turned into a living nightmare.

safe to say I will be paying someone to build a set for my Grand Prix

It can be quite the project that's why I chose the denali headlight over my spyders. The denali is a fairly easy retro. Although I'll be back at it again today I've got to rotate my drivers side projector a little and possibly shim my bulbs.

Did you make any progress or hows your retro going?

That’s why I made damn sure mine were correct and lined up horizontally before I baked the lenses back on. Didn’t think they would survive another disassembly. Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
