Thats a fair price. The install is straightforward. The door rubber weatherstrip pulls off and then the rear quarter panel can be pulled off. You don't have to fully remove either one, just enough so you have room to work. The bottom anchor is a torx and regular bolts for the anchor point... -

2nd Row seat belt pulled out too far
You can try to wiggle it loose but it is a sealed unit. Seatbelt failure sucks. I had to replace one in my second row. Dealer price was about $70. Labor was simple. The quarter panel is just pressed in with clips. Small price to pay for the safety of my passengers. -

Dealer description is a link. Rears and fronts are different. But the side are interchangeable. My problem was only the rears. Typically no issues for the fronts due to a different design. No idea why GM did that.- DCT

Door popping?
Welcome to board. A lot of good info here. Be patient. Links were redesigned. Get the newer ones (dealer, online, or junkyard). Now made of hard plastic. The metal wears away on the old ones and no amount of lube will help. Labor takes about 5 minutes for 3 bolts. My doors used to pop so loud...- DCT

Window question
One of my windows was slow before the cables shredded apart. It may not be the tracks or the motor. I never tried lube on the cables. Could be worth a try. -

Maybe get the complete regulator and motor kit from one manufacturer instead of replacing one part at a time. The motor may not be in the right starting position. One window set should be about $100, and you get a warranty. Also I noticed when I replaced mine that the cables are zip tied where... -

Squeeky window
Just don't go crazy. I used the included straw and sprayed on the inside of the weatherstrip only. The tops and bottom of the weatherstrip was not an issue for me.
