    ^^^^^x2^^^^^ One of the causes of this issue (carbon pellets migration) is repeatedly trying to squeeze more gas into the tank, after the gas station pump initially triggers to the off position.

    I'd try something more aggressive (alcohol or carburetor cleaner), and perhaps a Mr. Clean scrubbing pad (won't hurt the glass surface), just to be sure that you have the cleanest glass surface before applying the glue.

    To me, 30-35 psi for a rebuilt motor at operating temperature is low, as I would expect 40+ psi when cruising at operating temperature. To verify, you will need to hook up an external pressure gauge to ensure that you dashboard readings are reasonably accurate.

    You will need a quality bi-directional scanner to troubleshoot without throwing more parts at it. One thought that I have is that the ignition switch may be failing. I had this happen with my 1997 Yukon (RIP).

    It looks like you have an amplifier bypass connector, which makes sense, since your original amp is missing. The part that concerns me is that it say 'Bose Infinity' on the packaging, and you stated that your truck did not have a Bose system. Is it possible that you have the wrong amp bypass...

    Michelin Defender tires are great for the road, and the NH winters have not stopped them. I believe that they come in load-rated capacities.
