How often do you go WOT aka "Italian tune up"?

I'm with you, @Doubeleive . I believe that this is your saying: "Drive it like you stole it."

How often do you go WOT aka "Italian tune up"?

That was a technique that was popular during the carburetor days, but I don't know if it does the same with direct injection. As @Doubeleive stated, for most of us, a periodic WOT is what makes these trucks fun and gives us a pump of adrenalin, some more often than others. For me, if this...

Leaking MagneRide in rear? (Pics included)

They are dirty for sure, and need to be cleaned and re-inspected, as @ReaperHWK stated above. I do not see any signs of leakage at the bottom, which I should see if there is leakage, due to the position that the shocks are mounted (piston facing toward the ground), so you 'might' be OK.

    Headlights!

    1. Did you purchase LEDs that were adjustable? By adjustable, did the LEDs have the capability to be rotated within the LED assembly itself? 2. If the LEDs were adjustable, did you correctly adjust them? Incorrectly adjusted LEDs are useless for a proper lighting pattern.

2007 GMC Yukon Denali 6.2L v8 - planning to convert back to stock z55 / autoride all around - assistance/advice/input would be v appreciated

I beg to differ with you on the suspension type. The 2007 Yukon Denali had a Z55 Electronic suspension, and the Z95 Magneride suspension was not offered until a few years later.

    Stabilitrak and traction control servicing

Regarding your wheel/tire/leveling question, larger wheels will be heavier, and this will add to the sluggishness that you already have. My recommendation is to get your current issues resolved, before you do any mods.

    Misfire engine

It should not take 3-5 days for diagnosis, and the cause can be from many sources. The use of a quality bi-directional scanner should be able to locate the source of your issue in a matter of hours.

Is clicking from the front suspension normal?

Clicking is often the precursor to front CV joint failure, particularly if the clocking sound occurs when turning either left or right. I'd get those CV joints checked out, before you do any more parts cannon firing.
