What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

(Minor?) Neck issues myself, always cramped feeling.. trying to stretch it all the time. Makes a lot of cricking creaking noises. So I feel you on flipping that headrest backwards in your car.

6.2 ls3 GM performance crate engine

Stock tires, I'm sure I'll be ecstatic with the 3.46! One day my tahoe will drive like all the other tahoes... Part of me thinks they made the Z71 package just to use up all their leftover 3.08 gears..

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Honetly, I like 3rd row headrests for visibilty.. especially in the rear passenger seat, you can actually see out the quarter window! but there is no support on accel or whiplash protection..

    HP Tuners additional changes?

The one time I tried Bluecat, the shift scheduling was earlier than stock! Probably had some values off, will try again. However, the 2015 shift scheduling is noticeably better than my stock 2012 tune. I recently got a 2017 tune to look at, and it looks more better (lower tps areas have shift...

6.2 ls3 GM performance crate engine

To be fair, he did say non-VVT engine equivalent. And you are comparing a 6.0 to a 6.2, and possibly 4 speed vs 6 speed. But I'm all for making it better, especially low end torque, and it doesn't sound like the VVT system itself has any real issues? (Only issue when going with a bigger lift...

Yea, but you forgot GM how cheap GM is! :P Also, you could make an argument it's for right handers..

    Emissions Test Issue

To me, it sounds like you need to fix the P0449 code. Sorry I don't know anything about that procedure, I just copy/pasted it from the Range disabler website. BUT I would assume you can do it anytime. First time I read your posts I saw you mention P0449 came back awhile after replacing purge...

Nope, should show up Monday! How's it feel? BTW, I believe driver and passenger are the same looking at the photos on ebay.

2012 Yukon XL Denali seat issues

Sorry I COMPLETELY MISSED it was the passenger seat! Gave you the wrong diagram! Made you check those breakers for nothing! My bad. Here's the passenger side... Looks simpler. I believe the 1440 power wire to the switch is Red/White. Check fuse first. Make sure power and ground to switch is...

    2 different subs, single channel?

I think what you're asking may depend on the amplifier...? If it is rated to drive 2 ohms and has enough power for both subs...?

    Emissions Test Issue

Yep, exactly that.. I guess I would double check the wiring and hose connections.. Then maybe replace the other parts in the system. (canister, hoses if bad?) Might check your old vent valve and make sure you can't blow through it? idk

    BCM components.

When you say it tries to over extend twice, do you mean it tries to over-extend, then over-retract? Or does it extend and retract twice? Anyhow, looking up "PTC" from the diagrams, here is a web explanation... (I didn't know this before you made me look!)...

    Emissions Test Issue

Looking online, that code seems to mainly indicate a bad vent valve? I believe I have seen that mentioned somewhere here as well..
  18. mikez71

    BCM components.

Looking at diagrams, the side mirrors are powered by their respective door modules. Even though the BCM maybe commanding it, the door module is doing the work... Not saying that's the problem, but MAYBE a possibility..

PPV, does someone have a list of all differences?

2012 Yukon XL Denali seat issues

I'm not sure all vehicles have all the fuses. Apparently some vehicles don't have door modules and are wired a little different. Not sure if it's foreign markets or what, I just seen it in wiring diagrams. Just checked my '12 Tahoe, and no fuse in 26. So I wouldn't worry about that.

2012 Yukon XL Denali seat issues

Sorry don't know how to take that panel off yet. I would stuill try and verify there is voltage on those circuits. Fuse 26 looks like a Driver Power Door Lock fuse? GM probably calls it DPDL, jokin.

Circuit breaker is like a fuse that resets itself, but they can go bad. I circled the breakers. (stolen ebay image)
