    Few people expect decel (Decel Fuel Cut Out) to have any sound. If you decide you are disappointed, the obvious solution is a different exhaust configuration or setting. Less obvious would be an ecm tune.

    Engine bored out, VVT deleted ... neither of those things help MpG. Find a different tuner, have him sit next to you, while the laptop is recording realtime data during a lazy, low-load, non-enthusiastic drive. It may not be a tuning issue, but this provide better info than we can come up with.

    StabiliTrak and the locker did not seem to work well together with a physical throttle. Once GM switched to signal throttle, maybe that made it easier to combine the locker and StabiliTrak?

    You don't do this in the break room next to the coffee grinder, nor while cleaning out your vacuum cleaner, or in a bog. AFTER wiping down the bottle, then pouring oil into the filter, then adding the rest of the oil to the engine, I crank in Clear Flood mode.

    Your alternator is a KG8 = 130A. Next time you go to buy an alternator, LIE. Tell them you have a KG3 or KG4, so you'll get a stronger alternator. I upgraded to a KG3, and will not settle for a KG8 again. Next time I'll try for a KG4.

    Either the rings are letting oil in from the bottom, or valve seals are letting in oil from the top. How else would oil get inside a combustion chamber?
