boostdistrict.com still sells LSA kits for 07-14s, smaller blower than the whipple/maggys. but plenty for a stock engine with room to grow. options (lid, injectors and heat exchanger or you can find cheaper used) will put you over 5k but leaves room for fuel system upgrades...

yea i dont think the length is going to be any different but i think the mount of the bar will sit more parallel to the LCA. mine would do the same thing lowered, lifted i flipped it over from where i had it when lowered.
is your drop all spring/shock? no spindles?
I tried the PAC audio module/harness thing. Couldn't ever get everything to work right. The can-bus is tied into it for a few functions iirc.
The maestro? Harness may work better but never tried it
well i tore it back down to the engine last night.
the shorty headers arent really going to work that well, they are too short to run with the low mount accessories. one header dumps into the ac compressor and the other sort of works but is pointed at the frame and just misses the steering...
