I ordered MRSP from Colonial Auto Center in Central, Virginia. I used supplier pricing and the pricing increased twice when from order to delivery and they honored the pricing from the original supplier quote. I used outside financing and no warranty purchase. Not sure how much they made off me...
Isn't Rivian wait like 8-10 months?
The charging infrastructure doesn't exist for it to make sense for me right now (this is a trip vehicle) so looked but passed on the Rivian.
The timing depends on your dealer, allocations, and your # in line. That said it does feel like production is ramping up/they're moving through the backlog quicker. Most units being built/transported though are presold so ordering is the best way to get your exact model.
Dude, it's an excuse when their competitors have found ways to overcome these shortages.
No one is doubting the shortage, I'm doubting their strategy on how they are handling it. This is a forum about GMs and a thread about constraints, why would I not **** here? I appreciate your 'education'...
Man I am still waiting but GMs ability to scale and meet the minimum order requirements is embarrassing for an automaker of their size. COVID started almost 3 years ago, stop with the excuses.
A freaking Toyota Corolla that retails in the $20s has wireless charging, adaptive cruise, etc and...
To add, Adaptive Cruise was not produced on any 2023 Vehicle except the Denali Ultimate from August - Oct 3. Starting Oct 3, ACC started being produced in other GM models, the LT as shown above is not one of them.
Similar. Had an order for s Denali in since April. Got switched to a 23 and knew it wasn't going to be picked up until October bc I was adamant on ACC. Starting to see vehicles ship with ACC as a stand alone option and on the window sticker and am getting antsy.
take a look at one or two on the dealer site and then the window sticker which is the record of truth. I'd be very shocked if they actually have those features.
I've seen Adaptive as a feature on tons of vehicles prior to yesterday and when going to their Window Sticker it did not happen. It was a system glitch that showed it as 'ordered' but bc it was not available it defaulted down to Electronic Cruise once actually built. No car was magically built...
Yeah that's not 100% correct. You can check on GMC Inventory and they will show a car with features, ie Adaptive, but when you go to the dealers website and look at the window sticker it does not have all the features that GMC inventory shows.
Adaptive was only available on Denali Ultimates...
Talked to my sales mgr yesterday and he told me ACC is available on SLT and AT4 Yukons. From what I've seen and read you can order it but when its built it will not be included, so I think he is confused.
I know Denalis (what I ordered in April) will start building with ACC in October so that...
I run one today on a Jeep GC with dual exhaust and no problems. I put coolers and hard plastic totes on my basket but even long distance there should be enough air flow so it only registers a few degrees hotter.
There's usually about 10-12 inches between the basket and the vehicle on mine
