'22 Denali On Order (another data point)

I'm not paying 80k for a car without a few of the features that make it worth the price tag. Adaptive Cruise is a must for me, reason I chose a Denali. I had a car from the early 2000s that had heated seats, how is that getting kicked.

    2023 Order Guides are OUT!

Looks like I’ll need to push pause on my order. Hunter Metallic is going away and unless they retrofit I’m not paying 80k for a vehicle without adaptive cruise

    2023 Order Guides are OUT!

Not until the fall so would need to delay order another 6 months

    2023 Order Guides are OUT!

This sucks, maybe it’s only for fleet but looks like Denalis won’t have Adaptive Cruise Control for start of production.

    2022 order cutoff to 2023 order-to-availability

    It’s a 22. They haven’t switched over to making 23s yet

    2022 order cutoff to 2023 order-to-availability

That graphic is for fleet orders so their cutoff is earlier than retail

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

The Premier has the same screen/dash as every other model (LE, LT, SLE, SLT, AT4, High County). The only trim that comes with the inline screen and a different dash layout is the Denali. I wish another model came with a light leather but the Premier looks peachy/orange and the High Country is...

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

Just what I needed, thank you!

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

When a Premier is fully loaded though its the same price and the Denali wins with the nicer dash/lighter leather colors in my book

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

Don’t think the Premier offers the 6.2 but maybe they used to?

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

Not sure they offer all the same options anymore. Premium package I chose that adds most options is $4500. Texas package is another 2k and performance another 2700. Add 22s and that’s another 2500. I didn’t choose any of these

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

I loaded one up online for about 69k (supplier pricing). Kept the 5.3 and 20 inch wheels on it. Similarly equipped Denali with Tech and Pano is 75k. What options do you think the premier has that the Denali doesn’t

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

Great question and easy answer. The Denali for sure. Guess I’m just trying to find a way to not spend 80k on a car.

    Chevy Premier vs Denali

Apologies if this has been discussed and understand the cosmetic differences but an optioned out Premiere is pretty close to a base Denali. Wonder if anyone else compared them/has thoughts? I like the Denali interior dash/colors more but for about 6k I can get similar Premier with HUD, Adaptive...

    New Premier!!

The post I responded to was mocking him however. And if you don’t understand how $500 here and there add up then that’s ok. Again, people assign value to different items then you or I.

    New Premier!!

Everyone assigns value to different things. Having a budget and sticking to it is not a bad thing or something to mock

Dealers Accepting under MSRP - Yukon Denali? (Texas or elsewhere?)

Places near me are “accepting it” but then adding 5k back in dealer add ons. See pic for a quote I got last week

    Denali on 20 inch wheels

Anyone order and received a Denali on the standard 20 inch wheels that can share a picture? About to hit order on a Denali with sunroof as the only added option but haven't see a Denali that is not on the 22s.

    Expedition vs Yukon

My wife's car is a 2 year old Volvo XC60. My mom and my mother in law both also drive Volvos and all our dealers do this complimentary. Anytime we have service they come get our car and drop off a loaner. Closet dealer for my parents is 1 hour away but still the type of service you can except...

    How do I test drive

Been lurking for a few months as I wait for 23' s to open so I can place an order. I know I am ultimately going to get a Yukon or Denali but no dealers have any in stock. While I am fine spending the money on the vehicle it seems a little crazy to me to order a 70-80k car without seeing one or...

Radio today: Truck demand goes south - Any rumors?

No that 200k number is very common, even on the low side. Your example of 200k as a CRNA isn’t really straight out of college though. You had at least 1-2 years of experience as a BSN RN in a high acuity setting plus 3 non earning years during your CRNA program. On top of that you came out on...

Radio today: Truck demand goes south - Any rumors?

I work in Healthcare Tech. Unless you're a physician you will absolutely make more than any previous role. I came from professional services, also high paying industry, and now work for a LARGE tech company and comp packages for people with 10 yrs experience are 200-500k, regardless of location.

    2022 order cutoff to 2023 order-to-availability

Your numbers would make sense if people lived within their means, but they don't. The median income in 2020 was 67k. A lot of people who make below or low 6 figures are buying these cars without thinking twice. At least for trucks sometimes they have a truck allowance through work but I'd wager...

    2022 order cutoff to 2023 order-to-availability

I'm a jeep guy and if it was nice to look at I would buy it. Unfortunately from the rear doors on it looks terrible so I'm not even considering it. I drove a GC now and need more room which is why I'm about to get a Yukon.

    Gas prices making anyone reconsider?

How is buying a Tesla going into debt when most of the purchases on this sub are 60-90k? Your 2019 Denali had to be 65k plus, right?
