ROLL TIDE !!
Care to mention the dealer? An old High School bud..Tony Bramlet owns Bramlet GMC in Decatur, Alabama and this kind of thing would be right in his Wheelhouse!!
If money's no object...the Michelin Premier is the high watermark as far as I'm concerned. I just purchased a set of Goodyear Eagle LS 2's 275/55 x 20 for my 2016 Yukon for less tha $650 out the door with lifetime balance, rotation and alignment. They ride and handle great. The average deal I...
I don't get it with some people...they look at you coming down the road towards them...yet they still pull right out in front of you like it's all a video game!! Seat belts and Airbags considered... a 3 ton brick hitting you at just about any speed will be bad !!!
The first thing I noticed when the Tire Store Tech brought them out of storage was how much more tread footprint the Eagles have...especially considering that they are the same size and aspect ratio as the Continentals. They look great on the truck. The quick take away driving around on them is...
So at 31K miles...the Continental OEM tires on our 2016 Yukon were down to 4/32 all the around. We have a bunch of driving coming up over the Holidays so this past Friday I started tire shopping. I favor Michelines but they weren't in my budget with building a new home and moving going on. I...
Once you pick a dealer that knows their business...have them check with the Arlington (Dallas) plant for what units are shipping with which options to another dealer near you. Your dealer can arrange a dealer "swap" and secure the vehicle you want.
We wanted a SLE standard wheel base with Max...
I like your Raptor. What color is that? In the pic it looks like a "Dove Grey"...nice vehicle...I just read the Motor Trend off road test on the new one...560 ft # of TQ...WOW !!
These GM SUVs get fantastic mileage....especially considering how comfortable they are and how well they perform. I think GM knocked it out of the park with the Direct Injection technology !!
It was a fun trip...considering it was for business. I was down and back that same day. Traffic from Key Largo south is SLOW GO...45 MPH is about all you can do in most places.
The guy I went down to talk to was cool. Of course the conversation drifted into "Trucks" LOL !! He has a '16 Chevy...
I forgot to mention...If you're financing a new SLE or SLT and go with Sewell in Texas, they can roll the Hennessee deal into the deal. I think they call it "Special Dealer Equipment" or something like that. I also have an old High School friend Tony Bramlett in Decatur Alabama (Bramlett...
The main reason i want the SLT is for the ventilated seats up front. LOL.
Yeah...my wife liked that too...but we weren't willing to pay the price spread to get it...I do wish we has passenger side vertical adjustment and memory seats !!
I have an SLE with Max tow (3.42). I paid $48K plus another $1900 for Katzkin Leather...so $50K plus taxes. My truck came with the "Convenience" package that closed the gap quickly on goodies that the SLT has for about $8K less. I put a Diablo I2 tune on mine and will testify that vs a '16...
At moderate open road speeds over a 50 mile stretch, it is believable that you got those numbers. Driving less than 50 mph over a 25 mile stretch of open highway in V4 mode (AFM active), I got close to 30 MPG in mine once.
If you have the time swing thru Arlington just off I-20 in Dallas and take the tour thru the plant where your Tahoe was born.

These rigs are great out on the road where they can stretch their legs. Have you let it "Eat the Road" on the top end with the "Black Bear" yet? My Diablo let me see 137 before physics and aerodynamics took over !! LOL !!
Amazing economy for a vehicle that size and that comfortable...enjoy the...
Try it and see how it works out.
I'm towing my 255 Formula and trailer (7500#) and 650# tongue weight.... with 2016 Yukon with Max tow (has automatic leveling) with no issues. My air compressor for the leveling system runs only for a few seconds to level the rear...before it runs there is...
Thanks...we enjoy it. Here's a few pics of what pushes "Color Me Gone" thru the water...twin 450 Horse 355 Vortecs running thru twin Bravo 1 Drives. It's really overpowered but handles it well.
I tow a 7500# 26' Formula Boat with my '16 Yukon Max Tow 3.42 gear 2 Wheel Drive. I am set up with a 600# tongue weight and have no issues what so ever. The total package works very well. My previous vehicle that I used was a 6.0 LQ9 Escalade with 3.73 gears...surprisingly the Yukon does a...
Over the past 20 years I have run thru 6: sets of Michelin LTX M/S tires on 6: different SUV's and Pickups. With proper inflation and alignment I averaged 100K plus miles on each set. In my opinion...that version of the Michelin is the best tire that you can by for all season performance on a...
I had a bunch of stuff to move this weekend so I called Enterprise and reserved a pickup for the weekend. Just prior to picking it up Enterprise called me and explained that the pickup they had for me was damaged in an accident and offered me a 2017 Yukon XL at the same rate with unlimited...
